Muay Thai or Thaiboxing is national sport of Thailand. Fist, elbow, knee and leg techniques are used. We teach competition and traditional techniques from "Muay Boran" in our classes.
In Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) throws, levers, chokes and holding techniques are trained and used in combat. But always: "Safety first!". The training improves the cardio and technical skills of the athlete very fast.
